For our Headquarter in Mendrisio, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven  Chief Operating  Officer (COO). At our company you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations strategy as this is essential for our growth and success. As candidate you will be a key member of our senior management team, who will closely work with the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to manage and expand the business. In this role, you’ll have to manage and control diverse business operation and function, so we expect you to be a reliable and inspiring leader.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
  • Working together with key participants to compile the budget.
  • Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success.
  • Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions to keep business on track.
  • Analyze and interpret data and metrics.
  • Create reports for the management and the Board of Directors.
  • Take the lead in global expansion activities.
  • Maintain relationships with all our stakeholders.
  • Lead employees with an example and be a motivator for other employees

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

  • BA/MA in Business Administration or similar relevant field.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise as COO.
  • Hands on experience in fundraising, strategic planning and business development.
  • Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and KPIs.
  • Familiarity IT/Business infrastructure.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to travel and visit branches occasionally.
